Osmanthus is a small Asian tree whose flowers are famous for their delicious fragrance, often used in luxury products. The flowers come from the plantation and are produced twice a yea, in January and June. They are blended, at the beginning of the oxidization process, at a oolong that is only slightly oxidized and rolled, of the Doi Mae Salong plantation, in Thaïland's golden triangle. The Ching Ching cultivar, grown atà 1.500m, offers a smooth and flowery note, and is poor in caffeine. A tea to discover!
