This tea of the Jixuan Oolong cultivar comes from Zhu Shan (Zhu mountain), in the county of Nantou, in the center of the island. This is a rolled oolong, only slightly oxodized, without roasting. The tea was harvested by hand on the 27th of march 2012. Its liquor is clear, transparent even, of a yellowish green and it has a smooth and lingering taste, somewhat milky.
