A good quality of oolong with large twisted leaves revealing some downy buds. This is one of the most famous of Taiwan's strongly oxidised teas. A beautiful copper-coloured liquor offers fruity aromas slightly reminiscent of vanilla, with a note of honey. To prepare in gong fu cha or in a larger teapot.
