"The Goddess of Waters" is one of the most famous teas from the authentic terroir of Wuyi. This tea is produced with cultivars of Shui Xian that are more than sixty years old, the trees are devoid of lower branches, a caracteristic that gave them their name of « high tea-tree » (« Gao Cong »).
