Bao Zhong (or "Pouchong" according to the English pronounciation) litterally means "wrapped variety". The name refers to the traditional processing method for that tea, whose leaves were wrapped in paper. Growing on the hills of Wen Shan, in the north of the island, this is one of the most famous Taiwanese teas. This splendid quality is very much appreciated by tea lovers. Its long dark green twisted leaves offer a delicate and clear liquor, and soft and floral aroma and taste. To prepare in gong fu cha.
