Osmanthus is a small Asian tree whose flowers are famous for their delicious fragrance, often used in luxury products. The flowers come from the plantation and are produced twice a year, in January and June. They are blended, at the beginning of the oxidization process, with a oolong that is only slightly oxidized and rolled, from the Doi Mae Salong plantation, in Thaïland's golden triangle. The Ching Ching cultivar, growing at 1.500m, offers a smooth and flowery note, and is low in caffeine. A tea to discover!

According to Chinese traditional medicine, oolong (wulong) blue-green teas are good for the cardiac system, help reduce fatigue by stimulating the nervous system, eliminate toxins, favour digestion, regulate the urinary system...
