Rosemary takes its name from the latin ros marinus, which means « sea dew », in reference to its Mediterranean origins. Its main properties are: helping digestion, regulating lipids, helping blood circulation, cholagogue, antispasmodic. It has diuretic properties, reduces the risk of kidney stones or gout and prevents rhumatisms. Antistress, it prevents insomnia and helps fighting mental fatigue. It is also an antioxidant, fighting senescence.
Brewing method: 2 g of leaves for one cup (15cl) of hot water (95°C), to brew for 10 min. Drink 2 to 3 cups a day.
